Want to join us?

We are always pleased to admit new swim members into our club. We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive group of swimmers and parents, so whether you are 8 or 28, there will be a squad within the club which will provide the right environment and training to develop your skills.

If your child is receiving swimming lessons at Buckley Leisure Centre, they will be invited to join our Swim Link Scheme once they have achieved Stage / Level 6.  Swimmers continue to develop their skills up to Stage / Level 10 via the Swim Link where their progress is closely monitored by club coaches. Once a place becomes available in the club, your child will be invited to join the Water Dragons lane, coached by Colin Squires.

If your child has achieved Stage / Level 6+ from the National Learn to Swim Scheme via another centre, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange an assessment session and offer advice regarding their progression whether that is into the Swim Link or directly into the club. 

If your child would like to start swimming lessons or is learning to swim but has yet to reach Stage / Level 6, then please contact the Buckley Leisure Centre about joining the National Learn to Swim Scheme.
